  • I cannot say enough good things about IRS. I had a flood in my house, and called Rich at about 3:50 A.M. Rich had a crew out in about a hour. Tyrone, and Brian showed up, and got to work right away cleaning up the water, and drying things out. I had a standing inch of water throughout my whole first floor, and was pretty stressed. Tyrone did a great job of getting me to relax, and an even better job of cleaning things up and getting everything dry, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. At this point I was put in contact with Steve who did a great job of educating me of what the process was going to be in the coming days. Olivia and david came to do the rest of the demo and clean up and both did a fantastic job. Steve has been in constant contact and been more helpful than i could have ever asked for. If you find yourself in need of a damage restoration company don't hesitate to call IRS. I would give them more stars if i could.
