  • Recently (Sep 2013) purchased a used '09 MKZ. Love the ride. Couple of weeks ago, heard bad brake noise. Brought it in today and heard bad news. But with the effort put out by Scott in service dept., not only did I get EVERYTHING done in one day, he worked some issues thru warranty that should have been covered PRIOR to my purchase. Outstanding customer service and for sure will bring car in for regular attention!
