  • This is one of my favorite places to go! We always start with an order of Frickles (but we devoured them before I could take a pic) and each got sandwiches. Boyfriend had the Southside Slopes which is amazing. I mean, with kielbasa, pierogies, onions and cheese, what's not to like?! I had the Mighty Fine Bovine and it was the bomb. The mix of brisket and pastrami is perfect. AND THE GARLIC PARM MAYOO! Man was that so good! The hot pepper kraut really added a nice bit of spice and crunch too. Pro tip: get a side of ranch to dip your chips in! Beer wise, they have so many on tap that if you can't find something you like, the problem is you. I almost always get one of their beers because #drinklocal. Just some housekeeping things: there's a lot across the street and street parking all along Carson St. they recently remodeled the place and the downstairs didn't seem to have as much seating as before. But there are seats upstairs. I cannot recommend enough downloading the Nowait app and using it here. That thing is a lifesaver.
