| - Scammers, stay away, don't even think of going for their offers... After signing up for free 3 nights in Monte Carlo during the Thanksgiving week, I was told by their rep Norneze that I can book 4 more additional nights for $375... There was no warning about the change of dates or cancellation fees, so I pre-paid with my CC, as we were planning to spend the entire week of Thanksgiving in Las Vegas... A week later our plans changed, and I called Norneze to let them know... During the next three months leading to our arrival, I had numerous interactions with her about different details of our visit and she repeatedly confirmed that the additional pre-paid nights will be fully refunded when we check-out after the initial three nights... So we did - we stayed three nights and check-out on the confirmed day... I called Norneze today to let her know that we kept our part of the deal, at which time she confirmed yet again that I will be reimbursed $375 in full within the next 7-10 business days... Half an hour later her supervisor Jessica called and told me that the information Norneze was providing me all this time was erroneous and I had to let them know that I'm canceling our extra 4 nights by October 23rd... Therefore they will only reimburse me $100... I tried to convince Jessica that they can do better than this given that their rep was continuously feeding me the wrong information, and I was already in July telling Norneze that we will not be staying these extra 4 nights... In the course of the conversation, Jessica became very rude and wouldn't accept that this situation it's not entirely my responsibility... When I asked to speak with somebody else, she just hanged up on me... Very bad style, they just want your money even if they have to steal it...
