  • For starters, I've been into this location a few times and most of the time there's a long line that takes a while to get through and the employees aren't really nice. Most recently I had an issue with a package that said it was dropped off at my front office and when I arrived my front office said nothing had come for me. I went as far as checking the room myself for packages and didn't see anything. I thought "how could the post office say they dropped off my package when they didn't?" When I called this location, where my package had originally come from, the employee said "your package was dropped off, your front office must be lying" and while they definitely could've been, they didn't have record on their intake book for me (which they usually do). I asked what I could do, to the employee and he said "not my problem lady, take it up with your office." So I did, and my front office manager managed to track down the driver and guess what!? The driver said "I definitely must've dropped it off. But I'll check" fast forward to about thirty minutes later and him dropping it off at my front office to say he left it at another location. I would like to say I will give 3 stars for bringing my package back, but this whole situation was a disaster and I wish I didn't get packages shipped here.
