  • I was pleased with my sales experience at first until 6 months later my Audi A4 had my water pump/thermostat and oil pan went out! I found out I was sold a really bad warranty that only covered the thermostat piece and up to $70 an hour on labor when 3 places I went to charge $125 an hour ! I contacted Suburu and advised how displeased I was with being sold such a horrible extended warranty on such an expensive car . I am pleased to say Suburu was extremely responsive and helpful with my vehicle issues ! They fixed my problems right away when I know they did not have to ! Excellent customer service after sale !
