  • One word... HORRIBLE.. Very disappointed in the service. My deal was I thought complete and I was called a week later and was told my interest rate was going to change. Before I left with the car I specifically stated that I didn't want to take the car home if this was going to happen and BO stated " no we don't do that to people" hmmmm well that was a huge lie. I ended up not purchasing the car and when I had went back to take the car mind you I live 50 miles away I was yelled at and even asked if I was stupid to top it off I was even cursed at... Very inappropriate and unprofessional. I will be filing with the BBB!!!!!
