  • Well, well, well. I have stopped what I am doing at work to write a horrifying review of this place. I have never been so disappointed. I have ordered now 7 maps from this place. Unless you are in-store and picking up yourself - find somewhere else to go. A month or so ago I ordered 4 maps to be mounted and framed. They arrived a week late, were left at our front lobby with no warning and I believe only arrived because I had to call several times for follow up. Every delay I encountered was not addressed by management or followed up on . I was sorely mistaken to have to order again.... I needed to order 1 more mounted and framed map as I had ordered an incorrect version of one...so, on or about the 1st of May the original order was delivered. On the same day, I called back to make an order for a new map. I was told by "Kim" the manager on the 1st that on the 8th the maps would be sent out to mount and that I couldn't' have them until the week of the 23rd or so....then she re-canted and said, forget it, I'll get them to get it to you by the 15th. I was going to be out of town that day, so I left it with our admin to coordinate. I arrived back at the office on the 20th t o find no maps. I was told by our admin that they never showed up on the 15th so she called them on the 16th and was told that there was a mix up so their deliveries were all late and we would receive them on the morning of the 22nd. Nothing showed up. She called back at about 3pm on the 22nd. Was told they hadn't received the shipment yet but she would call later on that same day to advise when it got in, and do expect it that day. No one called. She just received a call at 10 am this morning, and was advised that the maps didn't arrive yesterday either and that they would call back when she talks to her manager about delivery people. We are not holding our breath for that call. They also weren't sure if they could deliver today - well, suck it up chucky we are like 3 blocks away. Id' waive the delivery fee and get it here ASAP to save some face. It's really too bad that we need this map pretty desperately otherwise I'd cancel the order. Just lunacy and NO customer service whatsoever. I'd be ashamed if I owned that business. ***UPDATE**** It is now MONDAY and we were to receive a call this morning - it's 11:30 am...still nothing. I did however, get a nasty message (via Yelp) from one of their employees which I will be reporting.
