I gave them one star because the girl who took my order was nice. Other than that, pretty bad experience. The line for the drive-through seemed really long so I decided to go inside. There was no one in line so I thought for sure this would be a quicker option. I was wrong. I've Learned that when you were ordering food at Starbucks, you should always ask if they have something first. So I asked if they had the gluten-free breakfast sandwich available and the cashier said yes, so I proceeded with my order. After about 10 minutes of waiting, one of the baristas came up and said that they were out of the sandwiches and asked if I wanted anything else and started listing all of these other sandwiches. I ordered gluten-free for a reason. So I ordered some egg white bites instead and she didn't even offer to refund me the difference that I already overpaid. They heated up the egg white bites and threw them in a bag, not even in a container. The entire experience took about 15 minutes and by the time I got out the drive-through line was empty.
