I know this is Walmart and I shouldn't have expected more, but I was very disappointed in the deli. It was 6pm on a Friday night and they had no food. What was there looked fossilized and could have been used in place of bricks to build houses. I only get the popcorn chicken, hot wings, and potato wedges there. Guess what they were out of? You guessed it, all of the above. I would have just walked away and said maybe next time, but the lady behind the counter completely ignored me for several minutes. When a gentleman came out she made the comment that she was just trying to get out of here. I understand when it's time to go home you are ready, but that's the nature of the customer service industry. Walmart should have had proper staff to run the deli so she could go home. The gentleman asked if I needed help and I asked him if they were gonna have more food soon since they close at 8 (in 2 hours) and he said I guess I can make something for you but it will be 20 minutes or so. Really? If the customer service had of been anything other than bad I would have walked away and counted my losses without the bad review, but that was just rude. I don't want to feel like I'm a burden as a customer when I am only expecting someone to actually do their job. Which is customer service, which is helping customers.
