  • This is the worst place I have ever purchased a car and I would never go back to them. I had a pre-approved credit letter when I purchased my car yet the loan came in with higher interest and payment. Their people tried to blame it on the bank. I kept the car despite my displeasure and that was only the start of it. My mistake. A gift was promised for purchasing the car - never received. A gift was promised if I gave them a good review on the survey from Nissan - never received. Two years later the phone calls started asking me to refinance my car with them. Why would I want to do that when they cheated me in the first place? I stated, firmly, that I didn't want to and to take me off their list. Two months later, more calls, five in one day. I blocked their numbers they called me at work! I filed complaints with the BBB. Calls started again two months later. I finally had to go to Nissan Corporate to make the calls stop. Never, ever give these people your business.
