  • The most rude and unprofessional people I have ever met. We made a reservation two weeks in advance for Mother's Day on OpenTable and specifically asked to have window view and that if they could not do that, they should let us know immediately. They waited till one hour before our reservation to tell us they could not supply window seats, essentially doing so in the hopes that we would be forced to go there without any other recourse as Mother's Day by then would be totally booked. We promptly cancelled our reservation and would never go there again. These people are out for making a buck without any respect to their customers.
