  • What a horrible experience. Took our 2005 Cadillac there to trade in for another car. We bought our car brand new in 2005. Carmax tells us it's been in a bad accident and the frame is bent. They know this because there experts. They offered us $1000. We refused. Took it to another dealer the same day. Gave us $4500. I have no faith in carmax. By the way, our cat was never ever in a accident. So much for experts
