  • If you like calling customer support only to be kept on hold for 1-2 hours on a regular basis Lorex is for you! The product is cheap sometimes you will get a good system other times you will get garbage. If you happen to get stuck with a garbage system, good luck with the phone support. Emailing support is not much better. You may or may not get a response a week later. If you need a quality security camera system do yourself a favor seek out a professional installer with professional equipment and good customer service!
