  • I purchased a golf ball retriever through Amazon. The third party seller is Jerry's Golf Balls in Phoenix. I paid $43 for the retriever. I received the package and the retriever was not the one I ordered. It was close to the original until I saw the price tag of $24. I contacted Jerry's Golf through Email and I was told the difference in price was shipping and fees. I belong to Amazon Prime and there are no shipping costs. After wrangling with them I was told to take a photo and I did. After a short time they said sent it back. When I sent it back it was in perfect shape.But it did have a spec of grass on it from where I took the photo. They said it was used and I said I was going to protest and they gave me a refund of one half of the $43. This all could have been avoided if they sent the right piece in the first place. The original price tag was $24 and that is what they refunded me. They profited $24 for selling nothing. Last time doing business with Jerry. I will tell anyone who will listen. Don't take a chance. I have photos and evidence.
