  • My review is based solely on my piercing experience with Zack Watson and Eleanor Boyd. I have not been tattooed at Up in Arms. I needed to get my ear cartilage re pierced and this shop is local to me. It is easy to get to and easy to park. Zac immediately greeted me and took me back to his piercing room. He told me that my piercing had indeed healed up so he would re pierce me and I needed to pick jewelry. Loved the options! I chose a pink stud and the stud was sterilized while I filled out consent forms. I noticed he went above and beyond with sanitation, wearing not only a beard hair net but a face mask. Probably the only studio I have been to where I have seen that. Piercing was relatively simple and I was emailed cleaning instructions. He also offered to change out some of my other piercings with better quality jewelry. I got my nostril bone changed out for something a little easier to work with and I love it! Loved my new jewelry so much that I returned a few days later to have my rook, tragus, and navel upgraded to better quality jewelry! I highly recommend this shop for piercing! I hear their tattoos are great too :)
