  • I can't recommend University Audio highly enough. I first wandered in with my old record player, was advised to upgrade to a better- but still entry-level- table then finally decided I wanted something significantly better. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my questions thoroughly and was very patient even though I wasn't a huge -$ customer. Service was very quick too. Ben had my table professionally set-up and ready to go with new cartridge in about one business day after I purchased it. Even if you are just looking to dip your toes in the high-fidelity audio waters I strongly recommend University Audio.
