  • **I called dispositions department everyday for 1 week and left a few voicemails and finally sent an email that was responded to a few days later. This left me feeling very frustrated as you can imagine. I guess I am just not understanding if the disposition was clear why would you not give me my security deposit and listen to someone "advise that I was their niece and they would give me my money back?" Why would you trust them and take their word for that? If the disposition was clear the money should have been given to me and not to someone who gave their word that they would give it to me. I should have had a choice if the disposition was clear. Does that make sense???? I will never see that $1,300 now as I will continue to settle this even after our lease is over. Renters warehouse should be there as the middle man to help ease the hassle of a renting experience and it is complete opposite.
