  • I HATE THIS COMPANY!! My bill has been over $250.00 a month for at least 20 years. I tried to get rid of them so I switched to TIVO but you still need cable to use it. TIVO is beyond my expectations but cox is the only game in town. My bill should have gone down to under `$170.00 and it did, for one month. Programs are still being dropped, regular channels I now have to pay extra for brings the bill back up to over $180.00 TIVO is only 15.00 a month but Cox manages to get their greedy paws into the pot with the same inferior service, like a cable card and a turner, if you can ever label it as service. Customer service promises you what ever you want to hear but don't even think they have respect for your loyalty because the bill is still more than what your paying for because they are the worst crooks yet and I've put up with this garbage for over 28 years. I really hate them. I hope they go under and never to be heard from ever again.
