Took several of my cars here in the past and can say it was ok initially. However, after today, not sure that will be the case going forward. First off, they used to be great about calling when the service was completed. The last few times I haven't heard a word and just hoped it was done when I went to pick it up after work. But for the major issues, took one of my cars for a 60k service. Shortly after started having a significant delay in the engine. At first thought it was the transmission acting up, but turns out Sun Devil put the wrong spark plugs in causing a lack of proper combustion. Called them and hey wouldn't correct it. Then recently took my car in for oil change and tire rotation, and specifically confining that's tire rotation would be performed and was told yes. Upon picking up my car, it was obvious the rotation wasn't done. I returned to the store and was told, ' well there must have been a reason they didn't do it'. When they asked the tech, I was told there was even wear. I said there clearly isn't which is also confirmed by my recent visit to a tire shop. Was then asked if I had time to rotate it right then, but I had to leave to go home. Invoice said the rotation was performed... Probably not coming back again.
Update: 6/14. Never got a call.
