  • Worst scam of an airline EVER! Tried to cancel my flight due to a pulmonary embolism, doc said I can not fly. Couldn't do it online had to call, recording says wait time up to 30 minutes well an hour later got someone who said sorry. You forfeit all your money we don't have a medical policy. No credit nothing! Do not book with them unless you add their trip protection or pay pay more fees (my fees were 2 times the cost of the flight) DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE!!! Their customer service is NON EXISTENT!
