  • Horrible customer service. Awful people. They locked us into a contract by getting my mother to sign it used my name and information when I was not moved in yet. Won't let us out of the contract and told me too bad we will put a lean against your house and sue your mother for fraud. The alarm went off by mistake one day and we were billed 35.00 charge for them to call us and check it was a false alarm. I contacted the owner and he said if we don't pay the bills he will send it to collections. BAD BUSINESS BUYERS BEWARE
