  • Hands down my favorite fine dining restaurant in Vegas, so sad to see it go! Their last day is Jan. 13 and being replaced by Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Olives has always had great service and wonderful food. Every single thing I've had there has been delectable. One of my favorite things there is the portobello flatbread and brown butter scallops. They honestly had the best chicken Parmesan I ever had, and it came with whipped pesto mashed potatoes which were amazing! I highly recommend them. Definitely try to grab a seat at the patio- the views are spectacular! The wait may be for a bit, but it's well worth it.
