I'm a huge fan of Scratch, however they have earned all my accolades through fantastic food and great service. So it's no surprise that tonight's event set the bar for excellence.
The 2 drinks showcased the prohibition style bar and featured Pennsylvania made gins.
The food was creative and delicious, everything I would expect from Chef Matt. Everything was paced beautifully to allow for fun conversation. Stella's shortbread inspired dessert was amazing.
This was a perfect evening, and I have to congratulate Rachel, her staff, and everyone at Scratch.
