  • i was previous customer who hadn't been in to this salon in about 6 months. this is regarding a visit on 06/13/16. i will not return. i was a walk- in, and requested a manicure with gel polish. no wait. she shaped and buffed my nails with a file, then asked me to wash my hands. i did, then she got the polish. i asked her if she was going to soak my hands and do my cuticles and she said no, come back in two weeks. i told her that i wanted a full manicure, even pointing to the woman beside me who was getting a manicure. she huffed, got the dremel, and buffed my nails by my cuticles with it. never touched my cuticles. asked me to wash my hands again, so i did. came back to the chair, and she had the polish out again. again, i asked about the rest of my manicure, and she said no, that is all i get. by now, i'm annoyed and ready to leave. so i figured i wouldn't be charged for a manicure, i let her paint my nails so that i could get out of there. how wrong i was. $25! i asked why i was charged so much for just getting my nails shaped and painted, and the girl at the register tells me that i got a manicure. i informed her that i did not. someone else comes up - i believe she's the owner or manager - and asked me what the problem was. i told her that i had requested a manicure and only got my nails shaped with a file and painted. she then calls the girl up, who proceeds to tell me that i requested a polish change. i informed them that i did not have polish on my nails when i came in, and pointed to the sign-in sheet where i printed manicure. so then the two speak in Vietnamese- super rude! - and the manager tells me that i was not clear with her that i wanted a full manicure. i said that i asked her 3 times, along with pointing to the customer beside me stating that i wanted that as well. the manager told me - and i quote - oh, well. next time you can get what you want. excuse me?!? i asked what about this time? clearly, i was not getting a manicure. so i told them that there would be no next time. she had no answer either when i asked why she put "manicure" on my slip and charged me for it when i did not get a manicure. i can't believe that they had the audacity to treat a customer that way. in no way did she attempt to make it right. i will never return to this salon. if I could leave zero stars, i would! very disappointing experience.
