  • Had my hair done on June 13th at the FS on Lake Pleasant Road in Peoria AZ. I will never go here again! After a great deal of proactivity on my part, my issue is still not resolved. The owner has made no attempt to hear my side from me, rather, she made a decision based only on what the stylist said. (Which it seems, included a few lies.) Only 2 attempts have been made to contact me despite almost a month of conversations that often end in, "I'll get back to you." Neither of those were by the owner whom I have been asking to speak with. I have also contacted corporate through the e-mailed survey, a phone call and e-mail via website. So far, no response. I have also tried to look up this location on the BBB. Guess what? This location is not listed the with BBB! My suggestion is that the buyer need beware. If you have an issue, the owner, Lina Valdez, would rather not be bothered with it. This is seemingly the policy at corporate as well.
