  • My first review stated how upset I was over the construction noise that I experienced all night until about 1:30AM while traveling with my 5 month old. I am now updating my review due to a personal phone call that the manager made to me. He apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that it was an oversight and construction was not supposed to go past 7:30PM. I appreciate his customer service and we will be returning back to this hotel next week to give them another chance. We are supposed to stay at this hotel once a week, every week, for 5 weeks. So instead of canceling all of my reservations, like originally planned due to last night, we will be back thanks to the manager. On top of the managers excellent customer service, the rooms are large and clean. I loved the bath products the provide for you, and the front desk upon arrival was very accommodating. The hotel offers pack n plays for babies, I brought my own, so I can't comment on quality, I just thought it was an excellent option. The bed was extremely comfortable, and shower heads are awesome. They have small details that make your stay more enjoyable like a tv in the bathroom mirror, an extra very large vanity to top to make coffee, bottles, or do your makeup, and good tv channels. I was very pleased with the hotel overall, aside from the construction noise. I do recommend staying at this hotel!
