rev:text	This is a review for a catering order. I was so pleased to learn Showcase BBQ delivers for catering! I was hosting an event right down the street and this made coordinating the delivery even easier. The order arrived on time and was set up nicely by the delivery driver. I ordered wings, brisket and a ton of sides. The brisket was so tender and I didn't use any sauce as the flavor sans sauce was too good to change. The cornbread was far and away my favorite side of those ordered... so much butter!! I wouldn't recommend eating here on the regular, but it's a nice treat. The price of the meal was just right and I'll definitely remember this establishment when I need future catering orders fulfilled. My only disappointment was the lack of serving utensils. I ended up having to quickly run to a dollar general before the event, which worked out - but would have been nice to know ahead of time. All the staff I encountered in person and on the phone were pleasant and helpful.
