  • Absolutely THE worst hotel experience ever from start to finish. We just wanted a nice and quiet getaway from Las Vegas for spring break. Service is what blew it all. We had to wait over 3 hours for a pet-friendly room. Really? The place wasn't even booked. There was nobody around! They ran out of towels at the pool. The pool attendant couldn't even get out of her way to get me a towel. At least a nice guest gave me one of her clean towels. She shared her other towel with her son. They don't tell you there is no breakfast buffet on the weekdays. We stayed one night. Couldn't sleep well; must be the bed. Room was nice. Bathroom was clean. At check out, I was waiting in line to get my receipt. When it was my turn the front desk supervisor called the couple that was behind me. Really? How could you not see me? It was just me and the couple in line. I didn't say anything because I was trying to feel why he did that. It made me more and more upset thinking I was discriminated against. The couple was Caucasian, I'm Asian. You think I'll go back to that hotel? Go figure...
