  • Just walked out from this place with my family and I highly doubt we will be back ! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .. The young man at the front desk clearly doesn't love his job ! When we walked in we weren't greeted , just asked if were going to climb , When leaving the establishment, my kids placed the harnesses they used back into a bin with other harnesses , I said "thanks" he replied with thanks as well but didn't even bother looking up at me when I spoke to him . (RUDE)
