  • Me and my two friends checked in around 11:20 am and was informed that only mr room was available, understandable since check ins start at 3p.m. The person at the front desk,Marilyn, was very rude as we talked to her. She asked for my friends phone numbers so she can call my friends when their rooms are ready. To our dismay, they don't get a call from any off the staff and it was already 5p.m. ! Does it take that long to clean a room ? We just drove 10 hours to get here and we hoped to rest but instead gave us stress ! Next thing you know I had to move to a different floor ! they specifically told us that our rooms were going to be near each other and on the same floor and that the other two rooms were just being cleaned but they gave those two rooms away!!! Once we went to the other floor only me and my other friend's room was ready. My other friend, who was already stressed out enough, didn't have a room that was available yet. Overall, we waited 6 hours to finally get settled in ! The rude staff did not ease our stress, just made us angrier!
