Do not go here for dim sum, especially if you've had good dim sum in LA.
We had a large party of over 12 people so the long wait was expected. But once they led us to our tables, they still weren't clean all the way so they frantically wiped whatever parts of the table that we weren't already sitting at and then they didn't even wipe the center rotating tray. We also didn't have any sauces at our table so we had to grab them off of another empty table.
A server came to take our drink orders and we ordered half hot tea and half iced water. She only brought out the tea.
The cart servers weren't any better - they totally ignored us even when we stood up or raised our arms to get their attention. If it was busy, it's understandable for them to not notice us, but it was definitely not busy.
Once we did get our dishes, legit everything was overcooked. The shrimp dumplings stuck to the paper on the bottom because they were so mushy and fell apart when we tried to pick them up. The shrimp rice roll was too mushy it just fell apart in my mouth, I didn't even have to chew it. And the bun baos were so mushy, when I picked it up, the top felt like mud and it stuck onto my finger.
Not coming back, do not go here.
