I went in because I lost my retainer years ago and now I have to get braces again...at 32:( I sought out this location because it's close to home and they have hours that work around my schedule.
The ladies at the front desk were friendly and checked me in right away. They took X-rays and photos of my bite and smile. The orthodontist took his time explaining the issue and going over my options. I fully expected him to pitch Invisalign to me, but he actually made the case for braces...he said they'd be significantly cheaper, more effective, and my treatment would take less time. Does it suck wearing braces as a grown up? Yes...but not worth the extra $2k out of pocket for Invisalign.
They went over the total cost with me before proceeding and scheduled my follow up appointments right away. I honestly can't think of anything they could've done better.
