  • Okay, honestly, it's kind of crazy how great this hotel is. Either think of it as a surreal perfect hotel experience that you really can't imagine is happening - or go back in time to the way service was 30 years ago (remember when customers really mattered?) - This hotel is so good from the front desk's efficiency, responsiveness and genuine helpfulness to the room's cleanliness and beauty. Parking is awesome too - right at the hotel and all of it within a walking distance of the UW campus. What else? - Oh, housekeeping is superb - so is room service - and the food is actually really good, too. I love this hotel and wish all hotels could be like this one. Thank you!
