  • Had a very bad experience in this hotel. Very small Casino. The first 3 floors of the parking structure were reserved for "Valet". Very inconvenient. All games were Chinese and walking around it was confirmed that no one was winning any money the whole weekend. There was about 9-10 people in the whole casino. Very bad. Definitly would like to see more variety of games. Was charged $63 for shampoo!! Please be aware of what you use in this hotel. I called in to ask about this charge and it was due to using their shampoo. The manager had the audacity to ask if i can ship him back the bottles of shampoo and lotion. Wtf?!? This is ridiculous. I live in California. Of course this was very incovenient. Apparently these were "special" shampoo and lotion. The bottles were as big as my pinky. Couldn't believe this. No where on the bottle was a price like the water and the tea. This is a rip off.. I will not be returning to this overpriced hotel. Not worth my time and money. It doesn't seem like this place will survive anyways.
