I think being a general manager would put a lot of pressure on a person making a bad situation right.
Yesterday Eric the general manager and I had a very bad argument, my mother always said to say things when I am calm as 95% of the population should. I am guilty of.
It takes a BIG MAN to call back and make things rite.
Today Eric called me and spit what I thought of him yesterday, Eric has showed me that he is a man that cares for his dealership his employees, and cares for his customers feelings, spit what things were said he still fixed the problem yet again of the screw up of mini of Las Vegas .
Now that I am calm and thinking about this,
Really this issue should have been with mini of Las Vegas.
Therefore I should apologize to Eric the GM of BMW of Henderson
And give him props as a business man and a true customer service master.
We are all human that are entitled to make a mistake but takes a bigger man to admit it. Or correct it.
I admit I will still buy from Henderson BMW
All that review I gave yesterday should have been directed to mini Las Vegas .
