  • Nice people, mediocre work, horrible service. I've tried to use them a dozen times since a friend has been a long time customer. NOTHING is done on time. Ever. Many times they don't start the work until you arrive to pick it up. I left a shirt to have some buttons moved - it's 5 mins of work. I left it there for 4 days. They never touched it. I've even stopped by to confirm another alteration would be ready that night - they said "yes. Come back in 2 hours". I came 2.5 hours later and they told me it would be a few more hours. If you want to save money and have a ton of annoyance it may be good for you. I'm paying more elsewhere to avoid high blood pressure.
