I raved about TWC until I was talked into a promotion 6 weeks ago and my bill has not been corrected ($330 over I was told). I have made 3 calls with promise to correct in 5 days, including a supervison Danetria in NC office who speaks like she chews gum while telling me it is another departments issue so now it is the campaign department issue. Even on Facebook, Jordan promises the issue will be resolved which has not happened. I agree with CNN that TWC customer service has fallen tremendously. Do not give people your money who does not have time for you and promotes people with bad manners to superisors (who by the way, I had to leave a call back with no call back). I PLAN TO TURN IN MY CABLE BOX FOR JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
