Ice cream tastes fresh and homemade. The service speed was average and employees were friendly. No indoor sitting area to eat but that goes for all Brusters by design. In my opinion not a ton of "special/exclusive" ice cream flavors...they have the basics and a few unique flavors but that's it. The ice cream is a bit pricey...my husband and I paid $9.80 for two medium waffle cones. I ordered Sea Salt Caramel and he ordered Fudge Ripple and we enjoyed it but if we had to choose between a chain and a local shop we'd probably go to a local shop and pay the same price for ice cream.
