  • Finally can say bye to here. We had a break-in at our unit , (2/3/18-2/4/18) while in another town. When I got home, the Door was broke. Inside was trashed. (Pls see the photo I posted). I then called the police. The police came, did his job and initiated the police report. That night I had to stay at a hotel, not feeling any safe in my own apartment. In the HOA next day. The manager told me: "Here no security." I asked how about the front security gate? Even it seems it's the only one for the safe. But why alway Keep Opening?" She replied: "We fixed it before. But someone keep breaking it." Never mind. I have to stop the lease. The most funny thing ? On 6th Feb, my husband called the manager to talk about the issue we want to move out advanced 30 days. They said we need to paid another $1500 for the early term policy fee. (Should be noticed them advanced 60 days.) Well. Even the problem is not from us. It's about the security problem. Someone broke into our unit, we still need to pay it. Cause the policy. And actually we already done our lease on 5th Feb. And we paid on time in past 13 months. Before that I still consider renew the lease. But really when you see the bad things happened(Someone Broke it the home and when you see the poor service) , and you will know how the truth it is. Anyway. After that we already signed the 60 days notice to vacate. Cause I don't want to spend another $1500 into this company pocket. It's really not worth it. So just stay until the 60 days done. And finally almost finished the 60 days notice. They told us we need to paid $228.6 for 1st April-7th April. Because we noticed them stop the lease on 7th February. By the way. We still have $500 deposit fee in this company. I have to take all the pictures before you leave. Otherwise maybe they'll charge you again. Lol. That's fine. We're going to have our own house soon~Don't need the rent anymore. Rent not bad. But if the safety and service are not good..I think everyone should be consider it. So many rentals in Las Vegas. The primary competition is service and policy. The only one star is only give to the maintain workers. The rest. Won't recommend here.
