I purchased my pre-owned 2010 LX570 with 44000+ miles from Porsche of North Scottsdale in Oct/2015 just few days ago. The SUV is still supposedly within 30 days warranty from Penske. I purchased my car from Porsche thinking this is a reputable dealership and I am buying a good trustworthy vehicle. But boy I was wrong in my assessment the dealership is horrible, unprofessional and deceiving. Sounds like they will do anything to sell you a car.
I will never buy another car from them EVER. I change my cars every two years. I will rather go to Bell or Chapman Dealership they are much more professional and trust worthy.
From day one since I bought the car it has issues popping up left and right. I was told Porsche did an extensive check on the car to make sure everything is working. it does not sound true. The GM told me they only look at safety items brakes, indicator and headlights etc. I was told I bought a pre-owned car and it is what it is. The GM will especially will tell you (The Customer) are wrong and they are right. This was the worst experience of my life in buying a car since 2000.
Update:
Alane B. The GM yesterday rudely dismissed my request and told me he will not fix anymore issues. This is a ridiculous response i still have two weeks of dealer warranty why would you not fix whats broken with in a month. If you are determined to satisfy then fix the problem that remains. I can't believe you have this kind of people running your business.
My problem is not solved and your dealership has closed the doors on me. I am screwed and financially burdened by your dealership when they sold me this junk.
