  • West Coast Movers and YBT Vanlines are associated with each other. I contracted through YBT and when utems were delivered I took pics of the truck door signs *which were taped on* and the license plate of the truck. I asked the movers if they worked for YBT directly and they said yes....BTW Brittany who the prior response from West coast Movers said was fired and doesn't work works for YBT and also West Coast. Both companies are being reported for major interstate violations. We already called the hotline for the government hotline. Pretty much everything anyone els e has said with price increases even with a binding quote by almost 1,500. To almost everything that was breakable broken. Our commercial grade microwave which was wrapped by them looks like it was hit by a baseball bat. Antiques broken. Shelves which are heavy duty Gorilla shelving broken and bent. Arguments and rude comments by the job foreman Gerald. Took pics of inside the truck boxes were packed upside down, boxes and other items on their side where they had fallen. There has been so much damage we ate talking to our attorney about leagal action. I had to vall the police because after we finishe dup the paperwork I went into.the house and locked the door. The foreman mixed his paperwork up with mine. I was on the phone when I received several calls beeping in I ignored them because I was in the middle of a conversation then I hear bang bang bang and my front storm door slam. I got off the phone to answer the door and on the way heard more bang bang bang this haf gone on for about 10 minutes. I open3d yhe qindow by the front door and I asked them what dp you want the foreman replied I want my paperwork, I said I didn't have it. I tokd him to get off my property or I would call 911 abd he told no one could make him leave. I did call 911 and then they jumped in their truck and took off. They then called 911 on me and returned. When the officer came out I showed him all my paperwork which did have his paper mixed in ....I am not responsible for tracking his paperwork....and then they left. Condtant delays from the beginning. Wrong size truck sent. Friend who met them at the storage was in tears and made to wait 2 hours before they told her it is too late we have to come back tomorrow. Our friend got ill after arguing with them the next day for 9 hours. We were told that 4 guys would pack our stuff and only 2 did. We were tild it would only take 2 to 3 hours it was 9. They are paid hourly. Brittany called and yelled at my husband abd said have her sign paperwork and on and on. Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!
