| - Wife and I went on a Saturday for a quick late-night bite...restaurant side was not too busy, about 6-8 people total. The night started out brightly, as we ran into Ahmad, a former student of mine...full of personality. The waitress took our order as we chatted with him (2 gyros and an order of Athens fries). Our friend eventually clocked out, and we waited, and waited, and waited. Another couple came in (we were the only 4 people in our section), got their apps, and then their food. We finally got our waitress's attention, and asked, "what about ours?" She asked if our server knew we hadn't gotten it yet, so we let her know (again) that she was our server. She was dumbfounded and had completely forgotten about us, even though she passed us several times on her way to the table who got all of their food before us, despite coming in at least 30 minutes after us. We did get our food for free (almost an hour after coming in, so we took it to go), but this shouldn't happen in a busy restaurant, much less an almost empty one. To top it off, the gyros were nowhere near as good as the ones from the Great Greek...very little sauce, very few veggies, basically just a big pile of meat on pita bread. Will not be coming back.
