rev:text	Simply put, a nightmare. We rented from here as a last resort when all other companies in the city were booked. They ensured us they had a moving truck and to come by the morning of to pick it up. I should have known there and then when it was up to me who had to suggest that they should make a reservation for us that it was going to be downhill from there. The man on the phone took the reservation for 9:30a.m. On the morning of the move, apparently all 4 for their fleet of moving trucks had not been returned by their owners the night before. We had to ask the employees to please call the late customer - if we hadn't asked, they would have sat there continuing to look at us with a nonchaltant look of "well what do you want me to do?". You know you don't know how to do business when your response is "well there's a budget rent a car down the street." Since we had to no choice but to wait, the truck arrived 2 hours late. The manager would not cut us a deal, we had to pay full price. The truck was filthy, and the check engine light was on. We pointed that out and the manager said to ignore it, that he knew. Real safe, I felt good. That night, we returned the truck 12 hours early. We left a note asking the manager to call us - again we felt we should be compensated for having had to wait 2 hours and for bringing it back early. He called the next morning not in response to the note, but to tell us the gas tank was a little under a quarter and that WE had picked up the truck LATE that morning and would be charged extra. At that point my boyfriend lost it and told him he refused to pay, and the manager hung up on him. How this place stays in buisness, I'll never know, but karma my friend, she is a harsh mistress.
