  • I've had an opportunity to stay here for the first time, after having visited for a conference and stay at other hotels. I am extremely satisfied with the level of comfort, service and attention to detail that the hotel provides. Everyone is courteous and professional. The rooms are spacious, clean and for the most part modern and tastefully decorated. Room service is priced slightly on the high side, but worth it considering the convenience factor and the quality and quantity of food you receive. (The French toast they make in the mornings is to die for, by the way.) everything in the hotel feels very upscale and worth the price you pay to stay here. All that being said, there are two downsides that I noticed. Our balcony had pooled water on one side that was overlooked by housekeeping and maintenance. Not that big of a deal considering it was cold during our stay and I didn't want to go outside, but noticeable nonetheless. Next, I'm too cheap to tip valet and general parking is a distance away. All in all, I'd jump at the opportunity to stay here again. I swear people coming here for conventions and conferences do so just to be pampered, rather than attend the programs they originally came for.
