  • So, I had an issue with a couch I bought from there a little over a week ago. I called and asked to speak with a manager. They said they would have one call me back. Hours later I called again. They again said they would have someone call me back. I called again the next day and AGAIN they said they would have someone call me back. It has now been over a week and I haven't received a single call from Ashley. Terrible customer service. Just awful. I will not be giving them my business ever again.
