  • Awful. I did a hold due to a hospitalization. Two small boxes were left at my door the day the mail resumed but nothing else. I dragged myself outside to the townhome mailboxes and the box was so stuffed I couldn't even get the box opened. I've called this station for the past three days and each day was told the carrier would deliver the items to me. They didn't and I just had to file a formal complaint with the main USPS 800 line so they can start a formal investigation.
