  • My wife had an initial appointment with Dr. Toffol that initially went well. He was thorough, professional and concerned. When I called a week later to attempt to renew my wife's (numerous) medications, I was stonewalled by the staff who determined that, since the Dr had not ordered any meds, that none were required. When I asked that the Dr. be "told" of the issue, I was curtly informed that, "...as a nurse, I am not able to TELL the Dr. anything!" Unbelievably, her manner became combative and I terminated the call. I followed up with a written request that I hand delivered to the office. When there was still no response (and my wife was almost out of medication) I sent a fax to the office in an attempt to get a response from the Dr. It has been three weeks, there is still NO response and my wife is critically low on medication. I have scheduled her with another Neurologist
