  • I was in a fender bender and needed to get a quote. Just before 12 noon I called and asked if they can do a quote today. She said yes they can do quotes but can't fix anything today. I said okay and I will be there in 20 minutes and she said ok. I arrived at 12:20, and they had a sign on the door that said out to lunch and will be back at 1pm. I tried calling but the call went to voicemail. WTH, couldn't the lady on the phone tell me they were going to close for lunch?! Funny because there were two other customers that came up at the same time but since they were closed, lost business for them. Luckily there are plenty of body shops nearby. One of the other customers went next door and I went somewhere nearby.
