  • Rude rude rude. Walked in and he barely acknowledged me, was snippy and curt when answering my questions. I made the mistake of letting him repair my bikes anyways, trying to support a local business, and he took twice as long as he said and charged me double the original quote. And then STILL didn't repair one of them fully, and we took it to Century Cycle in Rocky River instead. Will NEVER go back to this place, very disappointing and unprofessional.
